Are one of a kind creations. Each bag is individually hand made and may vary slightly from the image shown on this website.
Are unique one-of-a-kind creations; no one in the whole wide world will have your bag. How cool is that?
Are not mass produced, therefore supplies are limited.
Are made in the spirit of fun and really do have character. No two bags are alike as they are all handcrafted on the floor of my teeny living room. What isn't "sew perfect" gives these bags a unique, one-of-a-kind, fresh, fun, lively, kind of character.
3) Returns
We are happy making purses, so we want to make sure you are happy wearing them.
If you are unhappy with your bag, please feel free to return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Anything after 14 days in considered a final sale.
Character Bags is not responsible for shipping costs, they will not be refunded.
Bags purchased at a bag party, sale items and custom made items are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
4) Payment
We prefer you use Paypal as a method of payment. It's secure, fast and totally easy. For more information please go to www.paypal.com.
If you are leery about making online payments feel free to send a check or money order, although we ask that you email us first so we can hold your item until payment is received and confirmed.
Your bag will be held up to 14 days before it is returned to the shop.
Checks and money orders should be made to "Chrissy Moore."
5) Upkeep/ Care of Bags
Spot cleaning with mild soap and warm water is the best method.
For Spring Cleaning: Fill a sink full of warm water, mix in 1 teaspoon of laundry detergent and immerse bag in water. Let it soak there for about 10 minutes, they remove and hang upside-down to dry.
